Registration

When is registration?
Regular registration period: April 15th - June 30th
Late registration period: July 1st - registration close
How do I register a player?
You will need to login to access the on-line registration form. If you do not have an account, you will need to create an account before you can register.

New users:
  1. Check the age chart to identify the U-level where the player will be participating
  2. Click Register Now
  3. Click the Rec Soccer League 2018 Player Registration link
  4. Select the NO, I do not have a member account option
  5. Fill in the required account information and click Submit
  6. Under Account Options click Register Now
  7. Fill in the Parent/Guardian information and click Next
  8. Select the U-level for the player you are registering and click Next
  9. Fill in the participant information, emergency information, and click Next
  10. Read and accept the Player Code of Conduct and click Next
  11. Read and accept the Parent Code of Conduct and click Next
  12. Read and accept the Consent for Medical Treatment and click Next
  13. Read and accept the birthdate verification agreement, note the addres, and click Next
  14. If you wish to register more players, under I'm not finished. I want to register: select Someone else and click Register. Repeat the process from step 8.
  15. If you are finished, after the text I'm ready to finish registration now: click Continue
  16. Review the Payment Summary and click Next to continue
  17. Select Check or Credit Card, enter the required information and click Finish
  18. Follow any additional steps to complete payment

Returning users:
  1. Check the age chart to identify the U-level where the player will be participating

  4. Select the YES, I already have a member account option
  5. Fill in your username and password and click Submit
  6. Fill in the Parent/Guardian information and click Next
  7. Select the person you are registering or select Someone else and click Register
  8. Select the U-level for the player you are registering and click Next
  9. Fill in the participant information, emergency information, and click Next
  10. Read and accept the Player Code of Conduct and click Next
  11. Read and accept the Parent Code of Conduct and click Next
  12. Read and accept the Consent for Medical Treatment and click Next
  13. Read and accept the birthdate verification agreement, note the addres, and click Next

How are teams assigned?
Returning players are typically placed on the same team as the previous year if signed up prior to June 30th. New players requesting a specific coach or teammate are attempted to be met if the registration is complete by June 30th.

Registrations after the June 30th deadline may be placed as needed to fill out rosters.
Can my child play up?
All requests for a child to play up must be in writing to the Registrar. Please do not modify your child's birthdate in the registration process in order to register them in the U-grouping that you want them placed.

When are practices held?
Most teams hold practice twice a week and practices are usually held at Howerton Soccer Complex or Central Kitsap School Fields.
Player Gear
Each player will need soccer cleats (no toe cleat), black soccer shorts, shin guards, black soccer socks (that must cover the shin guard) and a water bottle.
When are games?
Play for U4-U6 Fall Academy begin in August and finish in September, with scrimmages played during the week, (in conjunction with practice nights).
Game play for U7 and above teams begin in September and finishes in November, except for a few leagues that may extend into December. All U7 and above games are played on Saturdays with a possiblity of an occasional Sunday game. Most games are played on the Kitsap Peninsula.
Uniforms
Uniform shirts are provided by Central Kitsap Soccer Club and require a $40.00 deposit. The uniforms must be returned to CKSC at the end of the season or the deposit will be kept by the club to cover the replacement cost. Uniforms are to be worn at games only, not practices.
